Guest Designer card! My little hippy!
I have the honor of being the Guest Designer for Cowgirl's Sunday!!! I won their first challenge and this is one of the stamps I won!!!!! This week they have a 1-2-3 challenge....one stamped image, 2 patterned papers and 3 embellishments. I will say this was one of the harder challenges I have done. I wanted to cover this card with so many embellies and everything. So, I finally chose two strings of beads and the metal flower. I chose the sketch from CLP .

I want to thank April for surprising last week with an awesome gift of the flowers she crocheted and they are what inspired me to use mine along with hers. Splash of Summer
Here is the DT card I made for Sophisti-cat where the challenge is "Splish Splash". I hope to see lots of entries this challenge so hurry on over and get started!
Other challenges I am entering are:
For Fun Challenges is having a great challenge this time. "Name your Poison" They actually posted three choices and you could do one two or all three. It was fun trying to get all three done. First off, Bev, April and I chose their awesome sketch to play with this time. I did turn it sideways to make my card. She represents the circle and he and the cattails represent the stars. Then the color challenge was "pink or red, blue, green and yellow. My yellow is fairly scarce with being the glitter on the flowers and the stripe on his shirt. The rest of the colors are pretty noticeable....lol. The third was to make a step card. Thanks for such a fun challenge ladies at For Fun Challenges!
Other challenges I am entering are:
Pile it On- out of the box. I hope this card qualifies as I went out of "my box" to cut everything out and not just have a square card.
Order of the Opus Gluei - seasonal icons. I hope kids splashing in water is an icon for summer!
The Beary Sweet Design Team - fancy folds
Sundays with Crissy - Layers
S2G Challenges favorite colors
Magnolia Downunder shaped card
Magnolia Stamp Lovers Summertime
The Crafty Pad- over the edge
Totally Gorgeous - Bling it on
Charisma Cardz-3D
Your Next Stamp - cut it out and pop it up

Zoe is opening a new online store!!!!!
Zoe is opening a new online store for all of us to shop! She is also offering some wonderful "Big News" candy!!!! Take time to visit her awesome creations as she is one of the most talented artists in the craft, I think! If I didn't have to get to Mom's I would spend hours just browsing in wonderment! Just click on the photo or her name so you can see her beautiful creations!
Now to the hard part......I think I like #2 the best but not sure why! lol I loved all three but think the beautiful pony won out. This is one of the hardest decisions I have made in a long time dealing with favorites! lol By the time I get home I may choose another as my favorite but for now it is the pony! lol You do such awesome work, Zoe and I wish you the best with your new store!
Just click on the photo or her name so you can see her beautiful creations!
Hugs and God bless!

Little fishing bear
I decided to go back thru my stash and start using things that I either have never used or haven't seen for so long, I didn't even know I owned them! lol In doing so , I came across a set of bear stamps that my daughter owned when she was a little girl. I used one for a card a long time ago and decided I would use this one. I then went thru a bunch of older charms and found the fish. Well, I figured that was enough searching so got started. lol I did steal the twig from the neighbor's tree but in was hanging on our side of the property line. lol Thanks for stopping by.
I am entering it in the following challenges:
The Sweet Shop- Sketch and must be for a male
Cooking it up With Katie - must be for a guy, must use a charm and use three colors. I chose brown cream and green
Fab 'n' Funky is metal mania.....the charm and the hooks are my metal
ABC is U for unused stash.
Creative Inspirations punches or die cuts. I used a MS border punch as well as my Nesties and corner die.
Practical Stampers - patterned paper.
Andrea's Stampin' Moments- scallops
Stamptacular Sunday- trees.... hope having part of a real tree will do (even if it was "borrowed" from the neighbor! lol
Sundays with Crissy- use your favorite things. I couldn't decide if I would just use my favorite tools or what with this challenge. Then decided to use tools but also stamp something that was my favorite. I really like teddy bears so that covers the stamped part. lol I also love using charms on creations. And for tools, I love my ATG, nesties, ink and sewing machine. So lots of my favorite thing were added to this card.
Thank you so much for stopping by my blog. May God bless each of you.
Hugs, Diana

Thank you card.
I made this because my two scrapping buddies and I challenged each other and we chose the sketch from Sketch and Stash where you need to follow the sketch but also can use something old and something new. The new item is the stamped image. The old is my wanna-be Stickles. lol I have had this bottle of glitter glue forever but will probably never use it again. I love Stickles and when I use anything but, it just does not seem to work the same.
Other challenges I am entering in are:
Papertake Weekly - Shiny, Sparkly and Special
Whoopsi Daisy- as you like it
Crafty Ann's - anything goes
For Fun Challenges -Stamped image instead of digi
Your Next Stamp Challenge- cut it out and pop it up
Thank you for stopping by. God Bless!

This is the last grandson card I need to make until July! Now I can maybe make a few girly things. lol
This is for Nathan in case you didn't notice. lol It is the first time I have used clear acetate on a card. It really does not show how it does look like he is just floating thru the air like it does in person. I don't know if it is a easel card or a double easel or what. lol I just wanted to double the background so he would not be touching anything. I am entering it in a few challenges.
Cards for Men and Crafty Calendar both have challenge for the great outdoors.
Kaboodle Doodles challenge this week is Spring. Although this is a birthday card, I always think of my boys outside playing when Spring comes. Cowgirl's Sunday's very first challenge is also spring (or Mother's Day).
Creative Craft World wants us to make an easel card.
Stamping for the Weekend's challenge is for a card for a male.
By the Cute and Girly the challenge this month is celebrations.
Thanks for stopping by. God Bless!

Happy Bridthday daughter!
Our youngest just turned 30 and this is the card I made for her. I used the four little monkeys in "honor" of her four little boys. It is an easel card because the boys seem to like them the best and they get so excited when their mommy gets something. I made it a shaped card done with large numbers thanks to Tracy and her awesome work. She is so inspiring and tho my card does not due her justice for copying her, I hope she won't mind me stealing her ideas. If you have never visited Tracy's blog, then give yourself a wonderful treat and go there! Here are a few of the challenges I have found to enter.
Lily-Boo Too -shaped card
Daring Cardmakers -Easel card
Crafts and Me- Sparkle Just love my stickles!!!! lol
Spoon Full of Sugar -Furry Friends / Animals
Creative Belli Blog - Birthday and something old from stash. I have had the monkey stamps for quite awhile and this is the first time I have used some of them. Also the heart brads have been in my stash forever.

Andre's first card!
My grandson spent last night with me and wanted to make his mom a Mother's Day card. He chose the Sarah K "Andre` stamp. lol He really likes the easel cards I have made and wanted to try to make one himself. He was one of the grandsons that made a challenge for us to do while at the island and he wanted to kind of copy the card I had made but he also wanted to do his own thing. lol He worked a couple hours creating this for his mama and I know she will cherish it forever. Please feel free to leave comments as I know he would love to hear what people think of his hard work.
He wanted to enter it in a couple challenges so I found these for him.
Sentimental Sundays challenge is to make a card for someone special.
The Creative Corner challenge is for a Mother's Day card without flowers.
At Paper Sundaes the challenge was to use the colors Red Yellow and Green.
And since easel cards are his favorite and this is his very first card, we are entering it at Daring Cardmakers.
Thank you so much for taking time to visit my blog.

I'm back!
It seems like I have been gone forever! My uncle passed away and my pop went to Arizona for the services. I stayed out to their home to take care of mom and was so happy and surprised when my brother emailed me with the flight itenary for his wife to come and spend almost two weeks with me. I had a good visit with my sister from Alaska and we did spend much of our time giggling as that is what she does best! She is the most upbeat positive person I know and I just love being around her. Mom had a rough couple days while pop was gone as I think she missed him terribly. But we also had some good times with her too. Her quick wit and sense of humor is wonderful and the three of us laughed a lot in between her naps. We stayed at mom's four nights and then just went out during the days while pop worked once he got home. We did get to spend a couple nights on the island. My two little grandsons made up a couple challenges for us to do and I will post pics of those later. I made this card for Barb as a thank you for all she did and continues to do for me. This is the first chance I have even had to scrap since I got home and I am so happy to get back into the swing of things. Thanks for stopping by and visiting.
Challenges I am entering it in:
